REPOSITORY POLICY

1. Depositing Policy (Author Self-Archiving Policy)

Ruang Ekonomika Journal allows authors to deposit their article versions in various repositories under the following conditions:

a. Preprint Version (Before Peer Review)

Authors may deposit the pre-review version (preprint) in:

Institutional repositories
Public repositories
Subject-based repositories

A notice must be included stating:
“This version has not undergone peer review by the Ruang Ekonomika Journal.”

b. Postprint Version (After Review, Before Publisher Layout)

Authors are permitted to deposit the post-review, accepted manuscript (postprint), which includes revisions from peer reviewers but has not been typeset by the journal, in:

Institutional repositories
Personal websites
Academic social networks (e.g., ResearchGate, Academia.edu)

The deposit must include:

Journal name
DOI (if available)
A statement that the manuscript has passed the peer-review process

c. Published Version (Final Publisher PDF)

Authors may store and disseminate the final published version (official journal PDF) in:

Institutional repositories
Personal web pages
Public repositories
Academic platforms

The official citation of the article, as published in the journal, must be clearly included.

2. Metadata Policy

The metadata of all articles (title, authors, abstract, keywords, references, and bibliographic information) may be freely accessed, reused, and distributed by any party as long as the original source is properly cited:
Ruang Ekonomika Journal (Ruang Ilmu: Economics and Business).

3. Archiving Policy (Long-Term Preservation)

Ruang Ekonomika Journal implements the following archiving strategies to ensure long-term preservation of its content:

a. LOCKSS System

This journal uses the LOCKSS system to create a distributed archiving system among participating libraries, allowing them to preserve permanent copies for preservation and restoration purposes.

b. CLOCKSS (if activated)

The journal may also be distributed through CLOCKSS to ensure permanent digital preservation.

c. National and Indexing Databases

All journal content is archived and deposited in:

National Library of Indonesia
OneSearch Indonesia
GARUDA (Garba Rujukan Digital)
Other collaborating indexing repositories

4. Licensing Policy

All articles published in Ruang Ekonomika Journal are licensed under the:
Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International License (CC BY-SA 4.0).

This license permits:

Use
Redistribution
Adaptation
Derivative creation
As long as proper attribution is given to the authors and the journal, and any derivative works are shared under the same license.
